About Zanatta Winery
You'll find Zanatta Winery an easy five minute drive west of Duncan in the tranquil area of Glenora. You'll see the vineyard from the four way stop and when you continue across the road, you'll find the entrance just around the bend. Zanatta Winery is the oldest winery on Vancouver Island. The original owner, Dionisio (or Dennis) Zanatta, came to Canada in the 1950s and felt inspired to plant vines as he felt a similar climate to his previous home in Treviso, Italy.

Loretta Zanatta, Dionisio's daughter, and her husband Jim are now the owners and have kept the family wine making business alive. Their tasting room is the converted old farm house that Loretta grew up in.
